Adaptive Technology is no magic bullet

Computer technology can make learning and communication easier for all. Adaptive technology or assistive technology builds on a foundation of basic computer skills. Adaptive Ability focuses on helping people understand what the specific technologies are that helpful and why, as opposed to plugging a specific application.

Students learn in the privacy and comfort of their own workplace or home, based on watching live demos, and then apply new skills with practical exercises and supervised application.

Adaptive Technology is no magic bullet, in that it does require an investment of time and effort to learn anything new - but a tool that will be as good as, how it is used. However, it often does feel like the answer to all your problems with reading, writing and self-management.Silver Bullet
